We are seeking an Electronics Test & Solder Supervisor to oversee our production operations. This role involves managing and directing the activities of the production team, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and meeting production targets. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to efficiency.
This position requires a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Hours: M-Th, 6:00am-3:15pm; Fr 6:00am-12:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the activities of the production team.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Plan and organize production schedules and oversee production processes.
- Monitor productivity and make necessary adjustments to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Education: Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent.
Experience: 2 - 3 years’ experience in supervision is required
Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work is performed in a manufacturing environment, with frequent contact with others. Requires prolonged standing, sitting, frequent bending, stooping, and stretching. Occasional lifting will be required.
