What are the responsibilities and job description for the SMQT SURVEYOR position at ProLink?
Surveyors will travel within their assigned region (Northeast, Northwest, Central or Southwestern) to conduct surveys, file complaints, and launch investigations. Surveyors must be willing to travel from site to site. Rental car will be paid for/or they can use personal car and mileage will be reimbursed. Surveys are scheduled a month in advance. Will work 10-hour days, 4 days a week. Surveyors will need to be flexible with days. Could be working Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri. Surveys are done electronically and will follow the Georgia Writing Guide for Complaint Handling. We need strong surveyors that can write fast and of high quality. Client prefers RNs, but open to others if they are strong candidates with experience in completing surverys. If they are a RN, they need 1 year of experience. If they are not a RN, they need to have 2 years of experience. Surveyors will go to Atlanta to pick up their equipment, then transferred to a satellite office for 3 days of orientation. Dress code is office attire. Accommodation will be booked by Prolink, and meal stipend will be given. If they are not in already in GA, their travel to GA will be provided.
