Proman Staffing of Shelby, NC is currently looking for Heavy Lifting Packers on 2nd and 3rd shifts in the Cherryville, NC area. Ideal candidates will have prior manufacturing experience. Responsible for packing Styrofoam materials. Involves bending, stooping, repetitive motion.
Heavy Lifting Packer Job Summary
- Pay Rate $15.00
- 2nd shift 2pm-10pm
- 3rd shift 10pm-6am
*must be available for overtime
Heavy Lifting Packer Responsibilities:
Inspect parts according to work instruction
- Pack parts according to work instruction
- Load items into containers and label parts
- Quarantine questionable product
- Scrap nonconforming product
- Perform final inspection for defective items
Heavy Lifting Packer Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to stand, squat, bend, kneel through the duration of shift
- Must be available to work overtime
Very hot environment. NO SMOKING FACILITY!
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution required
