What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook/Manager position at Promenade Management?

Promenade at Middletown is hiring! We are currently looking for a Cook to prepare and cook meals for residents and maintains standards of kitchen cleanliness.  The successful candidate must have:

  • Six (6) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Position requires knowledge of special diets
  • Experience with staff management and scheduling a definite plus
  • ServSafe or State Food Certification required, if applicable
  • Experience with batch cooking
