The HRPN Clinical Practice Manager provides leadership in planning, guiding and coordinating clinical practice operations for HRPN. Maintain focus on service and operational excellence. The primary responsibilities of this position are direct supervision of all clinical practice team members (excluding providers), fostering cohesion among all HRPN practices, managing and coordinating the development and implementation of policies and procedures as they relate to patient care in and across departments. The job purpose revolves and acts out HRMC’s mission, vision and values. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Functions capably in clinical and administrative support positions within the practices Works with leadership to identify excellence and opportunities for improvement and initiates plans for decision-making and problem solving in the organization Participates as needed in strategic planning and develops practice-based goals and objectives to achieve strategic plan success for the Health System Directly supervises clinical practice team members to include nurses, medical assistants, nursing assistants and other direct patient care providers adequate coverage for all positions and arranging for coverage for sick and vacation time Works with the appropriate team members in each practice, assures provider schedules are at a level to achieve identified benchmarks and apprises leadership of any issues in regards to achieving benchmark Makes recommendations for levels at the site based on site productivity and patient need. Assures adequate provider coverage to meet patient needs at all times. Participates in interviewing, hiring and orientation of new team members Assures team member evaluations are completed in a timely manner and appropriate goals are set. Makes recommendations for salary adjustments.
