Summary of Position:
The Account Executive position is a role focusing on project management. As an AE, you will be responsible for the campaign management from conception to final delivery for the assigned business unit. You will deliver against procurement strategies and goals as well as execute projects flawlessly. Entrepreneurial leadership, work ethic, relationship skills, project management and analytical skills are a must to drive value for our clients. The ability to consult with clients as well as building great supplier relationships and partnerships is imperative to deliver against goals and strategies. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
- Manage marketing campaigns from conception to completion
- Collaborate with client to assemble all necessary campaign specifications
- Create and manage campaign budget, timeline, & communication
- Effectively bid out work to suppliers
- Manage campaign scope changes as needed while ensuring an on-time and on-budget execution
- In conjunction with supplier partners, provide client with recommendations for cost and/or time efficiencies
- Manage creation of all pep purchase orders and corresponding invoices
- Perform ongoing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to drive constancy and improvement over time
- Maintain strong metrics in relation to cost savings and innovation delivery to clients, on-time, on-budget and on-scope delivery, file closure, client satisfaction rating, and individual client allocation spend growth
- Build client relationships by providing extensive value and expertise
- Build and grow collaborative relationships with supplier partners
- Work to be upstream with your client contacts so you are positioned to better drive strategy
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and suppliers to ensure flawless execution and delivery
- Learn & assist the team in the establishment, development and improvement of processes/procedures
- Develop and apply expertise of display design, materials and production to provide best in class POP materials to clients
- Utilize experience with retail environments, style guides, seasonal resets and in-store trends to deliver increased value to pep and pep’s clients
- Continually strive to become a POP expert for your business unit
- Some travel is required

- In-store Display/ Point of Purchase (POP) experience is plus, but not required
- Extremely organized and can communicate effectively across multiple parties
- Able to identify and provide creative solutions to challenges
- Preferred, but not required: Bachelors in Business or Communication a 2.8 GPA from four-year college or university; or Minimum 18 months of applicable business experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals as well as operate internal, online systems
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to be client facing and work on-site with our customers
- Ability to mentor, grow and work harmoniously as part of a larger team
- Ability to do intermediate-level math (calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages)
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to problem solve
- Effectively utilizes staff including delegating as appropriate
- Ability to manage healthy business processes
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel. Typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
