Summary of Art Director Position:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The Art Director is responsible for spearheading pep’s creative concepting, design, copywriting, and graphic design practice for pep. They will lead a team that that develops promotional creative for clients as well as for pep’s own marketing needs. In this role they will not only be responsible for oversight of the creative practice, but also will be assigned their own projects to lead. Must collaborate with all client service teams and other pep departments, and will be a stimulator and ideas generator, providing strategic creative support for both clients and internal design needs. The position will require expertise and passion for promotion marketing campaigns and integrated brand activations - which includes conceptualizing consumer experiences, presentations and working with account and designers to help bring these ideas to life verbally while making sure we are on strategy and meeting our clients marketing objectives. An extensive portfolio of past work, including relevant assignments, is required.
