Pronto Mowers is a growing company that distributes and sells parts, accessories and equipment for the large landscaping industry in the USA. We are looking for a Technical Service Advisor. The Technical Service Advisor will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers
- Receiving and recording equipment information such as serial and model numbers.
- Perform a thorough walk-around and record what is observed physically and what the client has observed.
- Properly record what is observed and what is desired in work-order for mechanics.
- Referring the technician to the customer and/or test equipment to confirm source(s) of service repairs.
- Estimating the cost and time needed for the repair, taking into account the customer’s schedule.
- Administer equipment warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty specifications.
- Handling customer complaints and maintaining exemplary customer service.
- Notify customer when work has been completed.
The Technical Service Advisor must meet the following requirements:
- Be an organized and orderly person.
- Technical experience or knowledge.
- Be proactive and able to follow procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Preferably residing in Coral Springs, FL or nearby areas.
