Job Description: Captain(s) needed to help facilitate off-premise events. The position will report to the Operations Manager(s) for our Off-Premise Department.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not limited to:

Ensure the setting of tables completely according to diagram and/or sample table.

Managing time effectively.

Delegating tasks.
-
Managing the team that is scheduled to run each event.

Responsible for setting buffet stations which may include décor.
-
Responsible for unloading/loading off-premise event trucks.
-
Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly, using proper serving and clearing techniques.

Keep work area clean, and coordinate actions with the banquet team members, and all other members of the front and back of the house to ensure flawless customer service.

Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and preforming any task that he/she assigns in order to execute a flawless event.
Education, Specialized Knowledge, and Experience:
