Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner.
PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Oakwood Hills Apartments.

Rate : $20 per hour depending on experience, certifications and position.
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
- Assist with turnover of apartments.
- May perform grounds / landscaping work as needed.
- Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
- Appliance repair.
- Customer service.
- Salt / Snow removal duties.
- May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
- Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma / GED.
