We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our Property Management Company.
Job Description:
Preparation of vacant units for occupancy in a timely manner, prep, cut in, drywall patch and painting of interior homes and apartments.
*Must have own transportation
*Must have valid driver's license and valid vehicle insurance
*Must be able to pass a drug & background check
*Smoke Free environment
*This is a full-time position.
*Appropriate dress and hygiene are important in promoting a positive customer image.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
