We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Associate to join our dynamic team in Woburn, MA. This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging ideally from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus of 10%. Financial Reporting Associate ($90,000/yr bonus)

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts for multiple cores plus fund entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations and support documentation to facilitate effective business management and decision-making
- Oversee fund-level cash activities including monitoring balances, processing wire transactions, and conducting monthly reconciliations
- Coordinate investor capital calls, distributions, and prepare quarterly investor reviews and annual audited financial statements
- Conduct fair value accounting for real estate investments and debt, and assist with annual audits and tax preparations as needed
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting; real estate industry experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and management levels in a team-oriented environment
