We are seeking a Tax Supervisor for a full-time position in Wakefield, MA, offering a base salary up to $110K. This hybrid role requires in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities :
- Supervise tax engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards
- Plan and schedule tax engagements with clients and firm resources
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Perform detailed reviews of tax returns and tax work papers
- Conduct tax research projects
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding project status and client opportunities
- Provide training, direction, and supervision to the team
- Maintain technical expertise in various tax areas related to industry specialization
Qualifications :
- BSBA in accounting
- CPA credentials and / or other advanced degree highly preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in public accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
- Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, ProSystem fx Tax
