We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Lead. As a Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various processes within our organization. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze data and generate reports to track process performance and identify trends
- Assist in the development of new processes or modifications to existing processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and training materials
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales management or customer service is preferred
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales industry is a plus
- Proficient in using cash registers and performing basic math calculations
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and pricing strategies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
