Job Description:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures
- Identify and inform management of compliance issues, HSE risks and improvement opportunities through conducting daily, weekly, and monthly audits
- Investigate HSE incidents, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions and maintain records
- Conduct HSE training sessions for employees
- Collaborate with supervisor and other team members to enhance performance
- Conduct risk assessments for both new and existing tasks and equipment
- Constantly innovate on process improvements and managing actions to completion
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal HSE regulations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity
