One of Maine's premier healthcare organizations is growing its IT Support team and is looking for a Tier II Helpdesk Technician for overnight support!
This technical position is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues, manage and setup user accounts, and providing support for our client's core applications.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, previous experience with desktop/helpdesk support, Windows server experience, and strong Active Directory skills.
