Responsibilities:
- End-to-end email campaign production and execution, including content creation, campaign set up, list segmentation, testing, deployment and reporting in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Recruiting and HR teams.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management as well as expanding lead scoring and lead nurturing programs.
- Work with the internal database teams to monitor and maintain data integrity and hygiene. Recommend additional practices for improvement and serve as a liaison between sales and marketing to ensure that both sides are optimized to deliver and generate the highest quality leads.
- Responsible for monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall brand, business and sales objectives.
- Support departmental budgeting and forecasting processes. Create and maintain metrics reports/dashboards tying together the activities and business impact to make recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Provide senior managers with ongoing analysis reports for marketing investments, actively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the status of marketing initiatives, program ROI, customer acquisition, customer and employee retention and activity.
- Support other marketing tasks and programs with project management, digital marketing and analysis skills and actively collaborate with and manage external vendors and agencies.
Skills:
- 2 years of experience in E-mail Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Customer Relationship Management
- Experience with HubSpot and Dynamics CRM would be an asset.
- Strong acumen for testing and measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
