What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at ProShred St. Louis?
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the overall business through actively closing new on-going clients, one time purge clients as well as general account management of large clients. The Sales Manager will actively prospect new clients through leveraging in-bound leads and actively pursue outbound leads. The Sales Manager must have high level of comfort in prospecting small, medium and large corporate clients. The main role for this position is direct sales but will, on occasions, serve as a resource for operational support. Along with new clients, they will also help provide support to current clients in order to maximize revenue and future business. Reporting directly to the owner, the Sales Manager needs to be committed to the highest standards of customer service, compliance and quality. Working as part of a team, they must hold individual accountability to manage the processes in place that are necessary to increase top line and bottom line objectives. The Sales Manager needs to be able to work independently and be a self-starter.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
