Position Summary
We are in need of an experienced Dental Practice Manager who is looking to join a practice with a strong culture, compassionate and skilled dentists, and a support structure that creates an environment of learning and the autonomy to create change at the practice that brings about growth and success. Dental Practice Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as an office facilitator for all personnel by acting as liaison between office and Corporate and provides positive leadership
- Supervises all treatment support systems and patient flow sequencing.
- Maintains collection controls and systems
- Monitors overall expenses in the office
- Oversees daily closeout functions as well as daily deposit with the Corporate office
- Evaluates work performance of subordinates and mentors, counsels, and provides discipline when necessary
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 5 years' work experience in a dental or medical office with at least l years as supervisor or management level with direct reports required
- Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel required
- Strong customer service orientation towards patients and staff
- Easily able to learn new technologies and systems required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Requires some flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

The employee may need to travel to healthcare practices.
