Job Title: Outbound Corporate Sales Agent
Reports to: Vice President of Sales and Marketing
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Job Summary:
The Outbound Corporate Sales Agent will be responsible for cold calling potential customers and for reaching out to dormant accounts for over-the-phone orders. This role will also be responsible for igniting the relationship between the Outside Sales Representative and the customer.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business lead opportunities.
- Utilize calling techniques to establish rapport and to build relationships with prospective or dormant customers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities for business development.
- Convert the leads into customers.
- Preparing the sales contract for buyers who make immediate orders.
- Work closely with the sales department to deliver educated and innovative solutions for customer requests.
- Continually promote the products and services and offer enhancements to orders.
- Meet sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Participate in sales initiatives and identify sales opportunities.
- Preparing pricing plans, delivery and availability may be required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven ability to generate leads and transition those leads into active orders.
- Comfortable contacting potential customers without relationship
- Ability to make fast decisions and to align the customer’s request with products, pricing, quota, and delivery options.
- Maintaining tracking system for communicating with qualified prospects throughout their sales cycles.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills like strong communication, problem solving, negotiation and persuasion, dependability, and excellent phone etiquette.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Eclipse experience a plus.
- Candidates with plumbing are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Sales experience in retail and outbound sales experience are needed for this role.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise and professional manner.
- Ability to listen and interpret customer needs over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and to remain seated for extended periods of time.
