Major Goals and Responsibilities
Assure the successful completion of Prosource Customer and Internal projects within the time estimated and within the budget created. Document project changes and exceptions; ensure timely and accurate project billing; measure and report on project and engineer performance. Provide timely and regular communication on project status to customer and team. Primarily responsible for projects originated by team with secondary responsibility for other company projects and as assigned. The Project Coordinator is expected to work cooperatively with Associates, Customers, Vendors, and Service Partners to complete projects within the established criteria.
Essential Activities and Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Scheduling (25%)
• Ensure the timely execution of statements of work and project completion through coordinating resource schedule of Engineers, additional staff, and service partners.
• Kick-off projects and schedule with customers, project team, and sales team members.
Project Management (55%)
• Guide the implementation of projects through adherence to the agreed upon statement of work, working through Prosource and project team members.
• Provide regular communication to the customer, project team and stakeholders as agreed upon in the statement of work
• Create the schedule and project plan in conjunction with the team and Prosource project standards, document project changes, and meet regularly to ensure project completion and billing are occurring in an appropriate and timely fashion.
Customer Visits, Team Selling (20%)
• Support the sales and delivery efforts through customer contact, visits and project follow up calls, including approvals for change orders and project expansions.
• Onsite and remote equipment training for the customer point of contact.

Prerequisites: (i.e. education, experience)
• 2-year degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Engineering Technology
• 2-years’ experience working in Technical work environment with a high level of customer interaction
• 2-5 years’ experience managing or coordinating projects
• Ability to multi-task diverse issues and manage work schedules of multiple people
• Excellent customer relationship, organization and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit customers at their location is required.

Compensation Methods:
• Base salary with bonus plan based on performance
