Duty Manager-Airport Operations

Duty Manager Job Duties:

· Candidate will report directly to the Senior Manager.

· Communicate effectively with coworkers and airline personnel.

· Ensure staff is working safely.

· Follow written and verbal instructions.

· Accurately track and report assistance provided to passengers, and aircraft, using paper or electronic tools.

· Ensure staff are current with their training requirements.

· Ensure staff are using the tools necessary to track work performance and timeliness of work performed.

· Such functions listed above necessarily require the employee to stand, walk, sit, bend, lift and communicate verbally and in writing. Depending upon the physical layout of the airport location, a Manager may be called upon to assist a passenger from the airport curbside drop off area to a gate area outdoors. They may also need to step in and assist staff to clean the aircraft or perform other service duties to ensure on time performance.

· Punctuality and attendance are also critical to the Manager position since their work duties are driven by the flight schedules of the airlines that Prospect serves.

Manager Job Requirements:

· Must have experience in management as well as possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Possess current and valid drivers license.

· Must be at least 18 years of age or older and must have a high school diploma.

· Must report to work timely and have a excellent attendance record.

· Must be willing to work any shift, weekends, overtime, and holidays.

· Must pass required background investigation and criminal history records check performed by Department of Aviation and airlines.

Full Time/Shift:

Wednesday- Sunday

5pm-1:30AM

Wages:$18/hourwith a review after 90 days.
