Sr. Consultant/Manager - Clinical Operations

As a Senior Clinical Consultant at ProspHire, you will help define and execute medium to large-scale clinical projects that deliver results. You will also assist with business development and help cultivate an inclusive culture founded on relationships and relentless dedication to client service. 

The ideal candidate will have experience demonstrating strong project management, business process and technical skills within the clinical domain. They will also have a deep understanding of how to build and manage relationships with employees, peers and executives. 

Responsibilities:

• Utilize critical thinking skills; Apply knowledge of design, development, implementation processes and organizational change management to deliver measurable, sustainable clinical solutions 
• Help clients define success and establish metrics to track business objectives; Define the “as is” and “future state” of business, operations and technology issues
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from true underlying needs
• Develop and manage a project plan; Identify tasks, define timing and manage resources accordingly
• Summarize and deliver information to clients through documentation and presentations; Communicate status, issues and risks to top executives
• Build and maintain personal and professional client relationships; Work well with different personalities 

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a BSN
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience, Masters Preferred
• Experience working with health plans preferably in care management, population health, quality improvement 
• Experience with health systems would be a value add
• Consulting firm experience would be ideal
• 7 years’ experience driving, managing and delivering medium to large-scale business solutions
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of time, if necessary
• Organized, experienced in managing projects
• Experience in managing staff
• Strong communication skills
