Job Description:
PROTECHT is searching for an exceptional and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Operations. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of PROTECHT, overseeing a dynamic team of low-voltage technicians.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, including workforce and equipment, to maximize productivity.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes PROTECHT's core values of Professionalism, Innovation, Growth, Making a Difference, and Having Fun.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and systems to enhance the overall performance of the company.
- Oversee vendor relationships and procurement to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field, preferably within the low-voltage, construction, or technology industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make strategic decisions.
- Adept at financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Operations Management, Engineering) is a plus.
