Purpose: Coach and Develop a team of best in class Internal Wholesalers to execute the overall 2021 sales plan.   Responsibilities: ·         Develop and lead best-in-class internals wholesale team of to execute the overall business plan of the channel. Identify and pursue new and valuable ways to support the mission deliver on our 2021 sales goals. Responsible for working across all functional areas making sure the business runs effectively and efficiently  and serve as liaison with corporate departments on sales issues ·         Set performance standards, review performance and provide regular quarterly performance feedback sessions ·         Monitor Business Plans and measure performance based on execution of those plans. ·         Conduct call monitoring and call coaching sessions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the Wholesalers selling ability ·         Monitor territory sales growth based on wholesaler territories and develop the skills of those wholesalers to deliver results required. ·         Effectively manage employee schedules, attendance and tardiness ·         Achieve service levels goals ·         Provide monthly sales dashboard to Manager of all wholesaler activity and sales growth ·         Training and Development – provide new employee training as well as ongoing department training ·         Manage and maintain desk initiatives such as call campaigns, marketing initiatives, etc. ·         Quickly identifies and responds to internal and external customer needs in the assigned territory.     Qualifications and Key Skills Required: ·         Strong leadership skills – leads by example ·         Completes work with minimal supervision ·         Utilizes time management to achieve high quality results ·         Consistently reliable and dependable ·         Demonstrates good judgment ·         Works with enthusiasm and conveys positive energy ·         Knowledge of a broad range of life insurance products and product applications; including universal life, variable universal life, and term products, Annuity knowledge is preferred ·         College Degree required ·         State Life/Health License, Series 6, 63 and 26 (required within first 6 months) ·         3+ years’ experience as a team lead/supervisor of a Life/Annuity sales desk At Protective, we are committed to providing an inclusive culture where all employees fully contribute and thrive.
