Job Posting for Corporate Associate at ProTem Legal Solutions
Our client is seeking a junior associate with at least 2-3 of experience to join its growing Business Group in either the Cincinnati or Columbus offices. The position offers the opportunity to work in a robust practice doing middle market M&A transactions, receive exceptional training and professional development, and take on increasing levels of responsibility as experience grows. The associate will work with our regional, national and multinational clients. Lastly, the associate should be licensed to practice law in Ohio.
Qualifications:
• At least two years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
o M&A
o General financing for private and public companies, including growth equity investments
o Securities offerings and compliance
o Corporate governance
o General corporate and commercial transactions
