Join our team as a Warehouse Utility.
This position is ONSITE based in Rosemount.
Starting pay: $20.25/hour
Position Overview:
Manage and move resin and molds for use in injection molding process.
Shift: Mon - Fri, 6a - 2p
You Will:
- Retrieve and store resin and molds in the production plant - general
- Weigh resin on scales
- Calculate resin discrepancies
- Perform and record cycle counts
- Retrieve, prepare and stage resin/molds for molding process and transfer to other plants
- Organize the resin/mold storage locations for maximum storage capacity
- Adhere to all quality and safety standards within the department
- Maintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization
- Continually seek to improve work processes and individual performance
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
You Have:
- Inventory control experience preferred
- Ability to be licensed to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) – we will train
- Ability to use a computer and calculator, and understand basic math
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
- Must be punctual and have good attendance
- Ability to comprehend and follow work instructions, and take direction from supervisors or leads
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
Physical Requirements:
- Physical job requirements: Stand for up to 8 hours. Lift up to 70 pounds waist high, carry up to 70 pounds alone while reaching, bending, and grasping

Work Environment:
Indoors (A/C); nonsmoking; the majority of this job function is performed in a manufacturing setting requiring normal safety precautions (eye protection and hearing protection). Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
