What are the responsibilities and job description for the (Data Entry Remote) position at proton?
We are currently seeking a talented Order Coordinator to work remotely and help us process orders accurately and quickly. You will play a key role in coordinating and tracking orders from start to finish, communicating with customers, and resolving any related issues. Your superior customer service skills will be essential in promptly responding to inquiries and providing support to our clients.
We are looking for someone with strong computer skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to work well individually and as part of a team. While experience with ERP or Order Entry Software would be a plus, it is not a requirement. You must be punctual, reliable, and have a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other forms of communication. Superior English skills, both verbal and written, and typing accuracy are essential for this position.
