Position Overview & Responsibilities
Protos Off Duty Services (ODS) is looking for a skilled professional with previous experience as a law enforcement officer. The position will be a remote position, based out of Washington. As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with customers and law enforcement officers from various jurisdictions working off-duty security assignments to maximize profitability, customer retention and satisfaction. This will be accomplished with a hands-on approach of customer service and problem resolution within your assigned geographic area. The Field Operations Manager must possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal characteristics:
Travel is required, including interstate travel by vehicle or air. A valid driver’s license is required to be maintained. Possess and maintain current US passport book is preferred.

Compensation includes competitive salary and expense and mileage reimbursement. The Company offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), vacation/sick, etc.

This will be accomplished with a hands-on approach of customer service and problem resolution within your assigned geographic area. The Field Operations Manager must possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal characteristics:
- Perform on-site visits to customer locations, as well as maintain communication with appropriate customer contacts as needed.
- Engage in dialogue with customers and rapidly resolve issues.
- Attend meetings with customer security or safety stakeholders as needed, provide relevant input related to law enforcement role and experience at customer’s site.
- Engage with Service and Strategic Account teams to solution problems for customer on an ad-hoc basis.
- Partner with sales team on presentations (on-site and remote) as requested.
- Prepare analytic reports and presentations as needed.
- All other duties as assigned by Director of Field Operations
- Minimum of 20-years experience as a paid law enforcement officer (sworn, commissioned) with an accredited law enforcement agency, with at least 7-years experience in an active enforcement role (i.e. street patrol, detective, fugitive warrants). Must have separated from employing agency under honorable conditions. Unfortunately, the experience requirement cannot be met based solely on service time with a state, county or local correctional facility.
- MUST be a resident of the state of Washington
- Methodical and systematic approach to work and the ability to apply logic to processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) knowledge and ability to use Excel to provide reporting in various forms. Proficiency in data validation/sorting and formulas preferred.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills and ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision is required.
- Critical thinking skills are a must.
- Process driven, detailed oriented and highly organized.
