Our expanding portfolio has created an exciting opportunity for an energized new Partner with an exceptional track record in winning, managing, delivering and expanding projects in the UK. This is a senior level position, empowered to identify, nurture, and expand operational consulting projects, while building your network and expanding your influence within industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for using your network to target and win new and recurring revenue streams in excess of £5million per year. We expect you to have in-depth knowledge of and experience in the UK consulting market and interested specifically in potential Partners with extensive knowledge and networks in Supply Chain, Defence, Energy, Industrials or other heavy engineering industries. You will need a credible and current network to support initial sales meetings and the build-up of your pipeline. As this is a relationship-focused position in a high-touch, high-impact world, the role requires extensive domestic travel and networking to engage potential clients.
As a Partner you will lead business development activities for your portfolio, targeting senior executives at brand-name companies in the UK, while driving the execution of business development and marketing initiatives and the refinement of our sales strategy. With an eye on balancing short-term revenue generation efforts with long-term relationship building, you will work with our team to develop effective sales and marketing tactics to strategically grow our business.
To be successful in the role, you will be accountable for all aspects of converting opportunities into recurring revenue streams including development of project proposals, RFP responses and client pitches. You must be an involved relationship manager, a compelling thought leader, and a proud team player, providing valuable insights and sound guidance to help prospects achieve significant operational and financial improvements as they transform their businesses.
