Prove is looking for a Director of Sales Development with success building diverse team cultures with measurable results who brings a passion for mentoring and developing talent. This is a newly created management role where Prove seeks an industry expert. We are building out a world class team focused on an industry leading culture solutions, obsessed customer experience and being the global leader in Digital Identity and Authentication.
What You Are Accountable For
- Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop a diverse and effective sales development team focused on winning the largest logos on the planet
- Create clear team objectives and allocate individual objectives to reach business development team and company goals
- Motivate the Sales Development Representatives via passion for Prove solutions, clear communication establishing sales activities and measurement processes vs. team goals.
- Meet or exceed measurable sales objectives for the team
- Consistently monitor sales development representative activity, providing continuous feedback to improve productivity and job satisfaction. (and own forecasting and pipeline quality metrics to track results)
- Coach sales development representatives on best practices and product/company vision, while providing ongoing feedback and professional development
- Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating and leading in sales development activity
- Develop required internal relationships and facilitate executive engagement to support success
- Align global team into consistent processes and structure
- Present updates and progress company-wide in an effective manner that engages employees in the overall mission
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and set realistic external expectations
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion and leadership
- Assist in achieving our corporate objectives on brand NPS, customer pass-rates and NPS, platform resilience, data privacy and platform and data security
- Keep the company informed on sales intelligence regarding the global identity verification and authentication markets
What We Require
- 5 years experience in building and managing world class sales development teams
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree
- Fraud and/or identity and authentication industry experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Results Driven
- Possess the ability to communicate simply, articulately while exuding confidence and humility
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
