What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate closely with management to develop accurate forecasts and budgets for revenue-generating units.
- Prepare monthly reports with insightful variance analysis and KPI assessments, aiding decision-making.
- Evaluate and recommend financial actions like optimizing marketing spend and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives, offer insights, and navigate uncertain environments with proactive measures.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or economics, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of FP&A experience, including practical academic exposure or internship in relevant roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data modeling.
