What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Process Server position at ProVest LLC?
*For Marion County, FL - must live in the state, near the county*
We are looking for smart, independent, and personable individuals to serve our civil documents (summons and Complaints) in all of Marion County.
You serve and we provide everything else.
How we pay:
- Weekly on Friday.
- On Served and Non Served Jobs.
- Through Direct Deposit
- Rates will be discussed (per document closed)
- ***Police officer, Sheriff, Process servers, Security Guards/officers experience a plus***

We are a nationwide Process Serving Company. We manage cases in bulk for all 50 states, also Virgin Islands. We focus on Foreclosures and Civil Process. We are an explosive company that is having continued growth across the nation.
Requirements
We are all about honesty and accuracy. In the end, you are defending the 5th amendment right to due process and are ultimately an officer of the court. Our clients are banks and law firms, but we are governed by the courts and the rules of civil procedure.
- Live in or close to Marion County
- Able to complete multiple attempts per document. Variable of mornings, midday, evenings and weekend.
- Must have your own reliable transportation, driver license, and insurance.
- Mobile App Aptitude – Everything is done in our mobile app in the field.
- Able to pass a background to be added to Motion Order list - by judge
