As a Storeperson in our Cambridge warehouse, you will be part of a collaborative team committed to ensuring that the right products are received by our customers in a timely and cost effective manner. You will be a team player and have the opportunity to rotate through various sections of the warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the primary responsibilities of this position include: Receiving inbound orders Picking and packing orders (with the requirement to be able to safely lift up to 20 kgs) Invoicing outbound orders Processing credits and returns Participating in cycle counts Working as part of a cross-functional team to troubleshoot errors Ad hoc driving/deliveries duties About You To be successful you will have; A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Previous experience working in a warehouse environment Basic computer skills, including Microsoft word, excel and email software Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills A commitment to providing a level of customer service Excellent attention to detail, demonstrating a strong quality pick rate Forklift license not essential but preferred Current manual drivers licence Our interview process will include a face to face interview, reference checks and a pre-employment medical against the physical requirements of the role.
