\n- Serve as an escalation point for support queries regarding client integrations such as data integrations, APIs, and automated file-based setups.
- Efficiently address time-sensitive tickets related to our clients’ essential business functions and coordinate with the Engineering team as needed.
- Address ambiguous client queries that require investigative skills to determine the root cause of the problem.
- Take a long-term, holistic view of client issues to provide comprehensive solutions that will not only solve the immediate problem but improve the overall client experience on the platform.
- Collaborate with Implementation Specialists to provide seamless support to enterprise clients with complex technical setups and communicate externally with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and internal communications when client ERP migrations are identified. Collaborate with Sales to provide technical consultation and configuration options.
- Manage technical implementation projects to automate data updates for existing clients as needed.
- Seamlessly off-board clients who leave the platform.
- Past experience as a Technical Account Manager, Implementation Manager, Integration Specialist, or similar at a SaaS company.
- Experience with technical project management and tools such as Jira, Asana, HubSpot, and ZenDesk.
- Ability to triage and troubleshoot issues independently and efficiently.
- The ability to quickly become a subject matter expert to apply your in-depth product knowledge to efficiently resolve issues.
- Proficiency in technical writing and execution of tech-related projects in an Agile software environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and acute attention to detail.
- An analytical mind and a passion for problem-solving.
- An aptitude for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong mastery of Excel and familiarity with databases and their structures.
- Experience in the hospitality and/or alcohol beverage space is a plus.
