Description
The Physician Recruiter has primary accountability for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioner candidates. Develops and implements sourcing strategies for attracting highly scarce and passive talent. Identifies and sources providers that will gain a sustainable competitive advantage. Also includes building successful relationships with internal and external prospects /candidates.
Provider Solutions & Development (PS&D), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Providence. While based in Portland, Oregon the position can sit in any Providence approved location in the United States.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
- 3 years of related recruitment experience
