Providence Health Plan is calling a Supervisor Healthcare Services:
- Be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of the general operations of the team
- Works in cooperation with other supervisors, managers, and directors to provide leadership and guidance for HCS staff
- Have supervisory responsibilities
- Support all functions of the team
- Be responsible for support of daily operations including high-volume call center organization and support
- Support team data entry workflows
- Provide department administrative support
- Work on specialty projects
- Provide member facing training and support including but not limited to phone outreach and care coordination/navigation
- Serve as a mentor and role model
- Provide problem solving on day-to-day issues
- Promote team building that reflects the Providence mission and core values

Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Health related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
- 2 years' experience with managed care services (Managed Care Services includes: Population Health Initiatives, Affordable Care Act, Coordinated Care Organizations, Accountable Care Organizations, Medicare and Medicaid regulations)
- Experience with development of innovative and focused partnerships and programs which challenge the norm to support an ever changing healthcare environment
- Experience in cost stewardship using lean principles or other means which increase effectiveness and cut waste
- Experience with the latest trends in health education and behavior change
- Demonstrated experience in project management, educational program development and implementation, and technology
- Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information
