About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Specialty Staff Nurse to join our team at Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care to young, middle, and older adults, utilizing the nursing process skills of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to adolescents, young, middle, and older patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
