Manager Clinical Program

Description

Under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Department Administrative Manager will provide an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, staffing and directing all staff while demonstrating accountability, servant leadership and overall fiscal management. Role models proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions and wound care center, in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Develops programs, policies, procedures and standards of care to ensure patients' nursing care needs are assessed, evaluated and met by nursing caregivers.

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business/Economics/Public Administration or other related field.
• 2 years Management experience.
• 5 years Administrative experience.

Preferred qualification:

• Experience in wound care field
