Patient Liaison (Full-Time / Days)
The Spec-Peer Specialists will be an essential part of day -to - day operations of the Olympia Community Care Center (PCCC) and PCCC Behavioral Health team. Provides face to face and community collaborative support to adults experiencing homelessness in Thurston County. Connects people served with available community social service options while promoting the use of natural supports and existing community relationships.

Required qualifications:
- Within 6 months (180 days) of hire Current Peer Counselor certification in the state of Washington.
- Within 30 days of hire Agency Affiliated Counselor Credential in the state of Washington
- 1 year Providing peer support services.
- 1 year Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to complete documentation in a timely manner.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year Experience working with patients with chronic, acute and contingent crisis.
