What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physiatrist position at Providence?
The renown Providence Brain and Spine Institute is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Physiatrist. This position has excellent breadth and depth to the medical cases you will be seeing as you will be part of the inpatient rehabilitation unit as well as working at the neurologic focused outpatient practice. Outpatient practice will require spasticity management including botulinum toxin therapy, post stroke rehabilitation from acute care, EMG, brain and spinal cord injury care, and more. Providence Brain & Spine Institute is a renowned neuroscience center focused on leading neurological care models and clinical research. The Institute specializes in stroke and acute rehab, neurosurgical and orthopedic care, and treatment of MS, dementia, ALS and epilepsy.
