The Physician Recruiter has primary accountability for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioner candidates. Develops and implements sourcing strategies for attracting highly scarce and passive talent. Identifies and sources providers that will gain a sustainable competitive advantage. Also includes building successful relationships with internal and external prospects /candidates. This position is remote and can sit from any location within the Providence footprint (AK, WA, OR, CA, MT, TX, NM).

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
• 3 years Related recruitment experience

Preferred qualification:

• 3 years Recruitment experience
