Description
Supervises maintenance and repair section of Plant Operations department. Participates in and directs section activities. Requires minimal supervision.
Required qualifications:
- 5 years in the building trades, with 2 years as supervisor
Preferred qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: On job training
- Associate’s Degree
- Commercial experience in carpentry, floor cover, wall repair and plumbing
- General Contractor or superintendent experience
