PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
SUMMARY
Provident Realty Advisors is a 30-year strong real estate development company in continuous growth mode. We are looking for a dynamic project accountant to join our team.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete assigned tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement packages in compliance with lender and partner reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
· Responsible for various full-cycle accounting including balance sheet and bank reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset tracking, and accruals, as needed.
· Prepare & analyze monthly cash flows and calculate monthly distributions for operating entities.
· Responsible for the preparation of monthly construction loan draws, including coordination with the lender and Accounts Payable for payment processing.
· Assist with financial statement audits as needed.
· Frequent communication with property managers, developers, and asset managers.
· Preparation of annual tax packages for tax preparers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
