What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Cardiologist position at Provider Solutions & Development?
The Providence Heart Institute, the largest provider group of cardiovascular care in Oregon, has one immediate opening for a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified general cardiologist. This rapidly growing cardiovascular practice with a dedicated heart failure/transplant service has the highest volumes in the region for cardiac surgery, percutaneous valve and structural heart interventions and advanced electrophysiology procedures. - Ideal candidate will be certified in cardiac imaging, including at a minimum echo and nuclear cardiology
- Expertise in cardiac MRI a plus
- Dedicated advanced practice practitioners and 24-hour hospitalists create an outstanding practice environment

Where Youll Work
The Providence Heart Institute is an integrated cardiovascular service line with more than 80 specialists serving hospital and clinic locations throughout Oregon and southwest Washington. In addition, the program is a hub for vast data registries in cardiovascular care, including the Center for Cardiovascular Analytics, Research and Data Science (CARDS). This state-of-the-art institute is a leader in new therapies, and consistently receives national recognition, including the American Heart Associations Get With The Guidelines designation for coronary artery disease care.
