DISHWASHER/BUSSER POSITION

Details: Full time (30 to 40 hrs/week) | Compensation $11.85/hr tips (During training: $13.85/hr)

Brief Job Description: This role will primarily be trained on FOH bussing service and dishwashing for a minimum of 3-4 months with the opportunity to advance to Barback for the FOH. Staff prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, mixed drinks, beer, and wine to patrons at the bar, tables, and patio, the busser dishwasher will support the FOH in bussing tables and keeping the dining room clean. Must have the ability to learn new skills and be cross trained as needed. Kitchen staff serve and lightly prepare food such as baked goods, small plates, sandwiches, and toasts, the dishwasher/busser will support the kitchen team in keeping a clean safe kitchen space. A day would include cleaning dishes, tables, counter, chairs, and facilities. Greet guests warmly and helps build a positive environment. Plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to give excellent service. Will have the opportunity to be part of a fun dynamic atmosphere with the potential to grow into additional roles.

Responsibilities:

Clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.

• Help run food food to guests in the restaurant.
• Support FOH in bussing tables and cleaning.
• Be friendly and polite towards customers.

Qualifications:

• 18 years old or older
• Passion for community and customer service
• Relevant experience in food & beverage strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
• Positive, team-first attitude and the ability to multi-task in a flexible environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
