The HRIS Analyst will oversee HR metrics and reporting schedules, gathering, analyzing, and reporting HR data. They'll use this data to offer recommendations for various HR programs like recruitment, benefits, compensation, retention, engagement, and legal compliance. Additionally, they'll ensure data integrity in HR systems, assist with immigration/mobility needs, and help implement HR policies and programs. They'll also take on HR projects and support plant and corporate HR teams as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage metrics and generate scheduled reports, including headcount, PTO, grades/ranges, org charts, service, ACA, EEO-1, etc., to support HR program implementation and daily administration (e.g., payroll processing, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruiting, etc.).
- Collect, compile, analyze, and report HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews) to provide insights and recommendations for recruitment, benefits, compensation, retention, engagement, and legal compliance.
- Audit and maintain HR system data as needed, liaising with payroll and ensuring data accuracy. Support immigration/mobility administration and address employee record corrections.
- Assist with special projects such as SnapComms communications and HR policy/procedure administration, ensuring data privacy compliance.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics, human resources, or related field
- 5 years of experience in analyst roles, specializing in forecasting, statistics, reporting, and data integrity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and formulas.
- Familiarity or experience with HR platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, Jobvite, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
