Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Prozus, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base. This commission-based role is designed to encourage high performance and reward successful sales efforts. The position will begin with a probationary period, during which you will focus on building relationships and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cold calling is key responsibility
· Identify and pursue potential clients looking for engineering support, in the energy sector.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
· Attend industry conventions and networking events to promote Prozus and generate leads.
· Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their needs and present tailored solutions.
· Implement effective follow-up strategies to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
· Collaborate with the head office in Alberta, Canada, to align sales strategies and report on progress.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined in the commission structure
· Maintain Lead Tracking Log in CRM
Qualifications:
· Proven experience with sales in the energy industry, preferably engineering services.
· A substantial track record for exceeding cold call targets
· Self-motivated with a strong, positive sales attitude and a passion for building relationships.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to travel for conventions and client meetings.
· Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
