Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' current financial situations and future objectives.
- Educate clients on various types of life insurance policies, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance.
- Customize insurance solutions to meet clients' specific requirements and budget constraints.
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, including coverage details, benefits, exclusions, and premium payments.
- Assist clients in completing applications for life insurance coverage and ensure all necessary paperwork is accurately processed.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries, reviewing policies regularly, and making recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting life insurance policies.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Life Insurance Agent or similar role in the financial services industry (recommended not required).
- Willing to obtain state life insurance license (we will help with how).
- Strong understanding of various types of life insurance products and their features.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
