What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Technician position at PRTC?
This is an entry-level position for individuals who are looking to enter the IT industry. We are looking for hard-working and responsible professionals who enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidates will regularly be providing end user technical support for basic internet applications such as web-browsers, e-mail clients, and provide first level diagnostics.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems and peripherals, wireless devices, customer premise equipment, and PC software.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software problems on desktop computer
- Perform FTTH turnups and DSL turnups for plant support technicians.
- Maintain a help desk or call center.
- Update Plant records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
